Description of Booth Space & Regulations:
(This is an outdoor event and you may wish to bring a canopy. Be prepared for possible windy conditions)
inappropriate or misleading merchandise. Fireworks, stink bombs, smoke bombs, snap & pops, knives, or firearms WILL NOT be sold.
B. Payment: 1. Single booth space: $100.00 for vendors Fully Booked $200.00 for food vendors 2. Craft Space (Handcrafted items only) 50.00 4. Vendors will be charged a deposit of 50.00 that will be returned at end of show if all rules and regulations are followed times open etc. 5. Cost of double booth space: $180.00 for vendors 6. Payment is to be included with application. Fees are NON REFUNDABLE 7. Checks are to be made payable to: Blanchard Chamber of Commerce
C. Booth Assignment: 1. The Blanchard Chamber of Commerce, on a first come basis of date with paid reservation, will determine booth space. 2. Request for previous year’s can not be guaranteed.
D. Food Vendors: 1. Booth space size is 30 ft x 20 ft (approx.). Price: $200.00 this includes water and electricity. 2. Food booths must be self-contained and meet Oklahoma Department of Health requirements. (There will be space available for picnic table if you wish to bring them if you bring a dining canopy, please be prepared for possible windy conditions.) 3. If electricity is required, please provide the requested information on the application form. 4. Please provide a copy of insurance certificate and a menu of items to be served to prevent duplication.
E. Deadline: 1. Pre-reservations need to be received at Blanchard Chamber of Commerce NOT LATER THAN May 1, 2008. 2. Late entries will only be accepted if space is available.
F. Check-in and Hours of Operation: Numbers have been assigned to each booth area, Exhibitors may check in after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday (5/14/08) or between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Thursday (5/15/08). 1. Exhibitors may set up after 6.00 p.m. Wednesday, May 14th 2. Set-up should be complete by 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 15th 3. Booths should remain in place until approximately 10:00 p.m. Saturday, May 17th. 4. Hours of operation shall be from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day. Deposit will be forfeited if not followed. 5. Sales tax envelopes will be provided for your convenience at time of check-in. 6. Extra police officers will be on duty; however, vendors are responsible for the safety of their own merchandise. 7. There will only be a few spaces for self-contained travel trailers or motor homes. Please call Crystal Griffis (405)485-8787 as early as possible.
